I am pleased to inform you that the AGM of the Men's Club will be held in the Club House on Thursday 5 December 2024 at 8 P.M

3- Financial statements for the year ending 30th September 2024

4- Convenors reports- Competitions-Handicaps- Juniors

5- Captains review of the year

6- Introduction of 2025 Captain

7- Election of Officers and Committee members

8- Proposal of Motions

9- Any other business

You are reminded that notices of motions, names of all Honorary Executive Officers and Ordinary members to be elected to the committee must be nominated by two(2) ordinary members.

Notices of motions and nominations of Honorary Officers of the committee must be made to the Honorary Secretary of the Men's club by either posting in the box in the main hall of the clubhouse or email to Jamie Foley at jayblu1994@gmail.com by midnight on Thursday 28TH November 2024.

Nominations for ordinary members of the committee must be made to the Honorary Secretary of the Men's club by either posting in the box in the main hall of the clubhouse or by email to Jamie Foley at jayblu1994@gmail.com before midnight on 2nd December 2024.

Please note that copies of the Auditors Annual report and statement of Accounts will be available in the men's locker room at least five days prior to the AGM.
